How do I Pin a message, and where to check Pinned messages?

Step 1 :

On the user/group chat window, hover your mouse on the sent or received chat message.
Click as directed by the arrow as shown from the figure below.

The chat essentials menu opens.

Step 2 :

Click Pin, as marked in the figure.

Step 3 :

Click the user profile, as marked in the figure.

The user/group profile window opens.

Step 4 :

Click Pin, as marked in the figure.

View all the pinned messages.
