Type “%appdata%” from your system from Windows Cortana, as directed by arrow as shown in the below figure.
Press Enter or Click on %appdata%.
Double-Click on Troop Messenger, as directed by the arrow from the below.
You are taken to Troop Messenger folder.
Close Troop Messenger application from the Task Bar on your PC, in case if it is opened.
In the Troop Messenger folder, Press CTRL+A (Select All), as shown in the below figure.
Press Shift Delete.
A pop-up message window is opened saying, “Are you sure you want to permanently delete these items,”, as shown in the below figure.
Click Yes.
A dialogue-box is opened.
Select
Click Continue, as directed by the arrow from the below figure.
Note: If the user doesn’t have the Admin Level Access, this dialogue box prompt will appear. (This step is considered to be optional for those who has Admin access).
Once the files get deleted. The Troop Messenger folder gets empty as shown in the below figure.
Open Troop Messenger Application.
Enter your Troop Messenger User Name and Password, as directed by the arrow from the below figure.
Click Login.
You have successfully logged into the Troop Messenger’s application.
