Step 1 :
Note:
With extended Search:
- You can retrieve text search results from the chat conversations.
- You can also apply text search on images, videos, documents, URLs, and other chat area filters.
Click Search, as marked in the figure.
A search panel is opened.
Step 2 :
Enter keyword or text, select users, and choose the date range, as shown in the figure.
